That sucks man. But as far as the cutouts go i have a feeling that you're going to find your self closing them more often than you think you will.

Why not just order up a pair of y's from Jegs or Summit? Take 2 days to get to you. Also, Pypes makes Stainless Y's for $40 each.

You could also have the shop expand the 2.5" pipes to the 3" Y????

 

The flow tech pipes have everything ready to go to mount the cutouts, to modify a different Y with a new mounting plate and all it'll probably end up costing more than just waiting around.

 

im coming off my headers and running 2.5" pipe. The cutout pipe itself is 2.5 but the Y that the cutout attaches to is also 2.5 wheread my DMH cutouts are 3" and therefore won't open with these. If no one wants them its no big deal as I will send them back. If Dave doesn't have what I need in stock and ready to ship out on Monday then I will order from Summit

 

So you are looking for a 2.5" pipe with a 3" outlet for the cutout right?

 

Thats right, a 2.5" exh pipe with the y taking a 3" cutout. If I cant then I will get a 3" and put reducers coming in and going out.
