Nope you dont need any BS from the dealers. You should reset the PCM (you can find instructions on how to do that in the link posted above) or you can just take the battery cable off for like 5 minutes or just drive around for a day or two and the Check Engine light will go off. Either way, you do not need to take it to the dealer.

Do you have the hemi or 4.7 in your truck?

It's on the rear of the left cylinder head and has a tube running from it to the intake manifold. Even though I have a Hemi in my truck, I have a 4.7 in my Grand Cherokee and although it's not quite as easy to get to in the 4.7, it's still not hard by any means...
