Default Interior A pillar question

Hey guys.

So I've been having some headaches trying to dye my pillars properly from tan to the dark charcoal interior color we have.

My question is does anybody know if Dodge ever made the pillars in a dark charcoal color to match the rest of the truck?? I've searched and searched but had no luck so far. I'm starting to look crazy going into the auto body supply shop saying the color they say is my color really isn't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's what I figured Weed... Thanks for replying tho.
Guess I'll have to keep up with harassing the paint manufacturer.

I'll post pics when it's all done if I'm ever happy with it

If you mess it up and need another one to try painting let me know, I have one sitting in my garage.

That second one is what I'm aiming for... I was told by the shops around here they couldn't be wrapped (for daily driving wear and tear anyways)

I'm going to take one more crack at it otherwise you'll see a suede headliner and visors with some tan or blue pillars.

They said to use the automotive paint, though, and not the krylon fusion stuff. Just a heads up.

I'm using an interior paint. Not krylon. It's meant to cover up scratches on existing panels of the same color (basically interior touch up paint) however the issue I'm having is they continually mix up the wrong color of paint.

It comes out to light/tan. They say it's the proper color but clearly it isn't.
If it happens again I'll take pics so that you know what I mean. Currently the pillars are soaking in a nice hot thinner bath to remove the current paint to try again in the next couple days.

On a side note the trucks aren't as noisy as one might expect without a headliner in them.
