There is a guy with a 08 that is running 14.6 with a tuner CAI and exhaust. Thats it. SC tuner in fact. Fastest NA 4.7 and its with hardly any mods. 3.55 gears too. Pretty sweet. huh.

 

How much stuff did he rip out of his truck to run that damn

just got an 07 4.7 QC and that thing is slowwww. dont get me wrong, im completely obsessed w/ it, but coming from a bmw to this...you can see what i mean. my father's 03 v8 tahoe z71 destroys my ram, and its only a .1L difference? i dont know what mods to do first so that i can beat him!

 

Like I tell everyone get you some 4.56 gears best mod for the money...i think anyway

 

rickof08, what kinda highway mpgs you gettin with those 4.56 gears. idk if you do much towin but i bet it made your acceleration with a load alot better also

 

my gas mileage didnt go down. Yeah acceleration improved all the way around. shorter gears makes less load on the motor

 

i might have to get me some of those. i bet they light the tires up good
