I've only done 15,000 in my truck from new and I'm now down to 12.5 mpg from 17-19 and am thinking spark plugs, are you guys suffering low MPG's with that many miles on the same plugs?

yes that can be change them all out i looked mine today i might change them all this week i only got 27k on my 07

No swivels needed. Just use a standard 3" extension and a shorty plug extension.
