Default anyone use a flex fan?

i know a lot of guys are running efans, but i just got the truck and i don't think i want to do those kind of mods just yet. if you're running a flex fan, what type and where did you get it? thanks!

Flex-a-Lite makes 'em. Not sure of the value, though. Once the fan clutch's thermostat releases the water pump shaft, the fan is windmilling anyway. The idea of the flex fan is for the blades to feather at a certain rpm, I think.

E-fan is the only way to go! If you are gonna MOD the fan at all!

^^ I agree, no sense of just replacing stock fanblades for aftermarket one's. I don't see how utilizing the clutch style would be of any added benefit.

No benefit from a flex fan except more noise because it doesn't disengage like a clutch fan does at higher rpm.
