okk so i bought VHT spray tint for my taillights i have more than half a can left and was wondering about eyelids for my truck.. if using the spray tint would work fine or should i do it with something else? stuff seems pretty durable

 

if you use the spray tint, the headlights will shine through it and look terrible. you need to use color match paint

 

the vht would be fine for the amber lenses on the bottom though. gotta take the headlight apart though

 

ohhhh so you use actual paint for the eye lids... ok what color black did you use? and what do you mean amber lense for the bottom?

 

Use color match paint on them. The light will go through the VHT.

 

okk but idk if i want it silver tho.. would black look bad? cause everything on my truck is either black or silver well besides my rims

 

Get someone to photochop it for you before you do it.

 

i did it on paint on my computer with picture from my sig.. i like it i was just asking other opinions

 

use mascara!

 

IMO, I would do color matched for your truck. I think it would look better.
