I don't have the foxbox but I thought the new alpine type r shallow mounts coming out next month might be worth looking into for you.

I heard a demo of these in a local shop the other day and WOW.
Blew my JLW3V3's out of the water on spl and sound quality.

I would say prob not those magnets look pretty big and larger magnets don't fit well if you look on the web site Joe tells you what's the biggest diamiter and depth and stuff and my guess would be that the box doesn't have enough air space for those. I'm not a professional by far and done want to sound like I know everything but I know if the sub doesn't have enough air it's not gonna sound as good as I could possibly in a larger box I would go to crutchfield or something and check out the specs on the subs and see what subs fit the airspace and depth and then you can search other places to find them cheaper

You could always ditch one of your rear seats and build a custom box for a JL W7 , I'm gonna be gettin a new sub here soon as well though. I'm torn between the Infinity Kappa 120.9W, and the JBL P1224.
