Kinda concerned here...
Alright guys, so today I was driving around w the windows down and I thought I had heard something so I turned down my music to listen for anything...
When I'm accelerating I hear a obnoxious noise. It's not REALLY loud or anything, and I don't really know how to describe it...It's not really a grinding or anything, it sounds almost like a squeal and I thought it might be a belt or something...However, it sounded like it might have been coming from underneath my truck...
The noise only happens when I am in drive and floor it. If I just accelerate normal there is nothing, or if I am in park and rev the engine up. But if I'm in drive and floor it I hear the noise. I was worried that it might be the drive shaft or something...?

Sounds like a pinion bearing on its way out. Read this and see if it sounds like your problem...
BEARING NOISE
The axle shaft, differential and pinion gear bearings
can all produce noise when worn or damaged.
Bearing noise can be either a whining, or a growling
sound.
Pinion gear bearings have a constant-pitch noise.
This noise changes only with vehicle speed. Pinion
bearing noise will be higher because it rotates at a
faster rate. Drive the vehicle and load the differential.
If bearing noise occurs the pinion rear bearing is
the source of the noise. If the bearing noise is heard
during a coast, front bearing is the source.
Worn, damaged differential bearings usually produce
a low pitch noise. Differential bearing noise is
similar to pinion bearing. The pitch of differential
bearing noise is also constant and varies only with
vehicle speed.

Well not sure why it would only do it when your WTFO but u can never be to carefull.
But if the diff. is waterlogged or chunked it may make to noise all the time at steady speed but you can only hear it when its under some heavy pressure.
Plus u said it did not make the noise when the truck is at idle or reved in N or P, so it sounds like its in the gears somewhere just gotta narrow it down.

Where do I put the lube at? I saw like 5 diff spots that could be.
Also, I checked the tranny fluid and it smelled alright. Wasn't sure at first so I pulled my moms dip stick out of her car and smelled hers then smelled mine to make sure and they smelled the same lol.
95, there is only a noise at WOT. I don't really know how to describe it and I'm sure as hell not gonna go cause it to happen again just so I can hear it to describe. It didn't sound like a grinding, it kinda sounded like a belt, like almost a kind of squeaking noise.
