Swap 2002 4.7 durango engine on a 2004 4.7 transmission
Well ok guys this how the story is......
My uncle went to Juarez Mx, and my uncles truck (2002 Ram 1500 SLT Crewcab) got stolen.... He found it =) and brought it back to MX.....but without anything from the engine or transmission compartment =(
The mechanic told me to bring him the engine and transmission and some cash and he could fix it...
So all I have is the Shell.... I got lucky and found a Transmission of a 2004 Ram 1500 very cheap ....but I dont know from what type of engine? Dad says that those transmissions fit any engine as long it is a 4.7(i doubt it).... ok so there is a 4.7 engine of a 2002 durango available at a good price...
Now can I be able to bring these two and take it to the mechanic?
