I tried some stuff called Astro Shield last week and it looks pretty dang sweet. I have tried many different products over the past few years and would agree Mothers is a good product. However when my neighbor swore by this Astro Shield last fall and his vehicles look really nice all the time I had to try it. Only thing is I had to buy it at a GM car dealership through the detailing shop. This stuff is supose to be rock solid and hold up for like almost 6 months (according to the little manual that comes with the stuff). Their is a catch to this though I recently found out the bottle I have is worth it's price in gold as the manufacture had issues when the economy went South so you may have trouble finding the stuff. The bottle I got should last me for a long time, and was pricey at 28 bucks but I am really happy with it. If you can find it scarf it up, you will be glad you did. Water don't even stick to this stuff, even the dewy frost we had the other morning was no match for it. Good product, to bad it went out of business, but when you take something and keep it secret how the heck you suppose to make money? There own fault.

That should come with a bikini-clad hottie to apply, let dry and buff.

Well I have nto used it yet and it is calling for rain tomorrow so i wont be doing it then either. BUT, I will let you guys know what I think. I have several different types of wax (all reputable brands) but really have never noticed any difference from one to the next.

If you guys really think I paid $35 for this way you are nuts. It was donated to me.

I have use a clay bar and Mequires 3 stage on my truck since I have had it. It is not the fastest but I feel as if it is the best way to go.

Clay bars remove a top layer of paint so don't use them often.

Meguire's Car Cleaner and Wax works for me.....keeps it smooth.....speaking of which, I need to wax mine, too.
