Clay bar, and 3-4 coats of Meguiars Gold Class is what I used to put on my Camaro. My car show buddies are not happy unless they get about 10 coats on it. I never quite understood that. I'm lucky if the truck gets the clay bar and 1 coat of wax 3 times a year.

 

Lol let ur friends know that since gold class isn't pure carnuba and has mild abrasives and other materials to help cleanse the paint since the gold class is meant as like an all in one which is why its found at auto parts stores the next coat u apply strips the one below it due to the abrasive. So literally they are doing ten coats for nothing.... No added protection or shine. Pure carnuba or sealers can be layered with results improving with the additional layers
