Default Badges

I have been thinking about debadging my truck and was reading up on the other threads but had a question that I didnt see answered. Are all of the badges held on with adhesive only? I used to have a dakota and for some reason they hooked one badge into the body and I dont want to repeat that mistake.

Heh, I debadged my truck with dental floss. I took the floss and ran it under the badge. Then I turned around and sold the badges on ebay, Got $30 for them.

Debadged 2 '07s and an '06 no holes in the truck. I debadged a '98 Dakota RT and found a hole behind the V8 badge at the front of the truck. D'oh!

Yeah, I had a 99 Dakota and there were holes behind the front badge but only on one side. Well sounds good, I will have to check out selling them too when I get them off.

I used my eraser wheel (which I just sold), some fishing line and Mequires rubbing compound to get rid of the ghosting behind them after they were off.
