opinion on an In dash dvd/Nav for my 06 ram?

i was thining of putin it on ebay for 300 for the unit and the infinity 6.5, 6x9 and the dash tweeters

navi unit or navi bezel

would that work in a ram that didnt have the infinity speakers or navi unit?

dont see anyreason y it wouldnt it still uses a canbus system
