Only thing you can do is take the wires off and follow them back to see where they go. We can sit here and guess all day.

Yeah, I know that now there is no way to tell for sure. I was just wondering if it was some feature I was just missing.

a cut out is a something for the exhaust that has a maine pip and a second one split off you put it before the muffler and when its open the exhaust go's out the second pipe before the muffler . if its closed it sends the exhaust through the muffler

the best thing to see what it is besides following the wire try it on and off at dark and with the truck on

Maybe it has jet turbines coming out the back that looks like dual exhaust

Nope. I got it from a Nissan dealership and they got it as a trade in.

From that pic man its something that was wired in aftermarket. You got a little skinny red wire and the skinny black wire I would bet that's what goes to that switch. If you do put something in one thing to watch out though is since it is wired straight to the battery it is prob always live so even when the truck is off and you flip the switch whatever is hooked up to it will be on.
