oil consumption

The first time I put the recommended 1.5 oz per Qt. of oil and then cut it down to 1 oz per Qt. The Ram is not using a drop of oil so I have not used it in the Ram.

you totally sure that plenum isn't leakin? 93,000 seems a bit young for a rebuild

your plenum could have busted again, if you used oem replacement parts or didnt torque the plenum plate down properly.

i agree with nh5, ive got 120xxx miles and my 5.9 is strong as a bull and doesnt use a drop of oil.

i just did the intake in may of last year. i did the torque in sequence, and cleaned everything. i dont think the intake would be leaking in a year. the worst part is that the intake didnt really change the oil consumption.
