Default TPS maxxed out at 86%??

So I was running some engine stuff on my superchip and noticed that my TPS shows a max of 86%...
Is this normal?
I've tried resetting the sensor with Teahes DIY and I literally just came inside from leaning the throttle body which was pretty gummed up but is there something else I should do?

Don't confuse % with degrees. 86% has it open all the way. If the throttle moved anymore, it would start to close in the opposite direction. Confusing, I know.

I tried searching for that DIY, but I can't find it. Could you help a brother out?

I would think it make sense to do it after. I'm gonna do mine again now that it's cleaned. I really recommend using an old toothbrush for cleaning the tb. Sure made my work easy (whole job took maybe 15mins)

mine max's at 78% according to superchips, I even had a friend manually hold the throttle open all the way to confirm.
