Default Need your opinions! 2003 Dodge Ram RC (Dial Up Beware: Pics)

I have been lurking around the site for a few weeks now. I bought my truck about 5 weeks ago. It is a 2003 Ram 1500 RC w/ the Hemi. I have been piddling with it mostly since I bought it and today I took the stainless nerf bars off that the PO installed. So this is where I need your help:

* Do you like the truck with or without the nerf's?

* Also, what else do you guys think I could do to improve the looks of my truck on a budget?

With the SS Bars:

beautiful truck!

i like it with the nerfs

you could paint your headlights, tint the tail lights and 3rd brake light, debadge or paint the badges a different color, you could color match your grill and bug shield all for pretty cheap, but it all depends on what your tastes are.
i would definatly tint the windows!

Looks nice, you could also either lift the front to level or lower the back with some drop shackles. A level truck is a sexy truck imo.

Thanks for the quick responses guys! I am definitely ordering the 2" drop shackles for the rear in the next few weeks. I tried debadging and removed the SLT badge from the rear, but the paint was darker under the badge. I did not want RAM 1500 showing up everytime the sun hit my doors. Do you guys have any tricks or tips for fixing this, or is the paint just faded from 7 years of sunlight?

IDK, there is something about your truck I like. Actually everything. All I can say is pick the mod you want to do and do it right the first time. As mentioned above there are things you can do for reasonable money. Power wire, trans line pressure, TMR come to mind. Good luck...

Redtruck-VA, I really like the way your truck looks with the painted upper. Can you tell me how you went about painting it, and a bigger picture?
