Those wheels look pretty darn good. I have the stock painted 20's with the machined aluminum lips. They had the wheels weights on the outside from the factory but I got some new Cooper Zeons and when they balanced them they moved the weights to the inside.

Now I noticed alot of bad oxidation around the lips and I am quite disappointed. From 20ft they still look good, but when you get up close they look bad. Any suggestions for them??? Paint them??? Have them chromed??? Is this Plasti-Dip stuff durable enough to last very long on a truck wheel???

Thanks.

the longest lasting and most durable would be to powdercoat them. but that is fairly expensive depending on where you go.i would recommend that if you want them to be bullet proof. but i have read that the plasti-dip holds up pretty well but only time will tell. its a cheap way to change the look of them and plus if they do peel or scratch, its only 5 bucks for a new can

I was reading this on the other forum as well and saw that you did that. I may have a new project coming up this weekend. How long did you let them dry for?
