I recently relocated back to Missouri where O'Reilly's is very strong. I called the local store looking for a part but they said they didn't carry it. I asked if he knew where I could get it and he gave me the name of another parts store and wanted to know if I needed him to look up the number. That's customer service. That store always has knowledgeable staff no matter when I go in. I also needed tie rod ends and they said there store did not stock the part but he would put in an order today and I could come by 2 days later and pick them up. I asked if I needed to pay for them in advance and he laughed and said "no, just stop by when you can". In Florida, you would have to give your first born to get a special order placed on the phone. LOL
