Question 20's or 22's on a Mega Cab

Been looking at new wheels and tires for my MC. Was all ready to order a set of 22's online w/ 325/50 NTGs. Definitely want to go with 35's. My question is how do you think they will look and how stiff do you think they will ride? With a 22" wheel, there isn't much room for side wall. Now I'm thinking maybe I should go with 20's. I can't seem to locate a pic of a Dodge w/ 35's on 22's either. Found a couple Fords though. I can't seem to find a set of 20's w/ 35's for the same price or less either. Looking to spend around 2k or less. Here is a pic of the wheel I'm looking at:

Not for what I can find, everything in a 20 is 2-400 more.

Those are nice but I don't have a 12" lift so I don't think the 40's are gonna work so well. Judging by the pic silver put up they don't look like they'll be too bad. If they're 325/50's anyway.

Now that I think of it, it should be about the same sidewall as my 20's that were on my '02 right? They were 33's on 20's so it's just adding 2" to both right?

How bout this one, it's a 20" and comes with 35/12.5 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T's instead of the Terra Grapplers.
