I love my 35% fronts. Never been looked at twice but it helps the look of the truck and it stays way cooler during the summer. The cops up here are pretty tough on tint but talk to some of them nicely and they will let you go. Unless they find you again then your in trouble lol.

i have leo's in my neighborhood and thier personal vehicles are as dark as mine. the k-9 patrol units are darker. i got pulled over on some b.s they other day nothing was said about my truck except it was shiny. i have to roll my windows down at night to back up but no biggie. joe is right we knowingly bend laws for our rides and i have no regrets. the are pretty easy going down here. now i just need to find a hi-po with a charger at 2:00 am and see if i can talk him into lining them up

Ya, down here in oklahoma most of the highway patrols have tinted windows. I would go as far to say around 15%. Most you can't see into. I know several friends though that have their tint at illegal levels and have never gotten bothered. They just don't seem that picky in Oklahoma.

Funny how it's different tint laws everywhere but anyways I finally phoned my insurance agency and they said that my back ones being 18% are perfectly fine but my front ones have to be changed so this made me a bit cheery so I booked an appointment with this tint guy to put on legal front tint

I, being a LEO have never heard of an insurance company making u lighten ur tint. Wow. But yeah, down here anything from the driver door back can b however dark u want. There is no limit. The front Is supposed to b no darker than 20%.
