Yeah, its good to know info. My state actually has tint prescriptions. Normal people have to have 32% +/- but with a prescription you can have 20% +/-.

But again, thats only in GA. IDK who else has what.

I had to pull mine off. After 4 tickets!! I had a trooper that recognized my truck and would get me every time he saw me and just kept piling on the tickets! What a *****! But, I knowingly kept them on, so I couldn't complain too much, I finally just gave up and said "You win" to the trooper, and took off the side windows.
They measured out at 2% in the front and 0% in the rears. I need some new "closer to legal" tints now.

Here it doubles every time, and on the 4th they tow your vehicle or something. I have my firemans cap on my console at all times, so when I get pulled over it goes on lol

How in the f**k do you even see out that sh*t!? 0% is ungodly, and 2% is rediculous imo.

Maybe I should get a prescription... I did just get eye surgery in January, and my eye doctor said that my eyes could end up being a little more light sensitive. I wonder if I went in and told my eye doctor that my eyes have been sensitive to light if he would write me that prescription.

It wasn't easy, especially at night. Had to roll down the windows alot. My wife hated it!
It was 5% limo tint, but when it's put on top of the factory tinted rears, it was darker. But that's also measuring the light coming into the car, you could see much easier from inside the car looking out.

Ya, the first time was $75 for the fronts and a warning for the rears, then the second time went up to $116 for the fronts and another warning, then the third time he hit me up with $116 for front, and $116 for rears, and told me next time it'll be for EACH window so, easy to say, I was done with playing that game!

Ya, I didn't think so either, but the law is 15% for the rears

i have leo's in my neighborhood and thier personal vehicles are as dark as mine. the k-9 patrol units are darker. i got pulled over on some b.s they other day nothing was said about my truck except it was shiny. i have to roll my windows down at night to back up but no biggie. joe is right we knowingly bend laws for our rides and i have no regrets. the are pretty easy going down here. now i just need to find a hi-po with a charger at 2:00 am and see if i can talk him into lining them up
