Default Accelleration issues

Anyone else have this issue when i put throttle to say 75% the truck feels like the engine is holding back it goes into lunge its very faint but u can feel it its almost like 2 seconds afer u put throttle to 75 % i got a certified dodge mech to test drive it with me but all he said really is that to unhook my batery for say 12 hrs to reset the ecm and try that ????and that my ecm could be telling my engine not to open up fully to wait for the trans ect
i just think it was a load of bs but pls fill me in if u have or had this problem

well do you usually drive around there... sometimes the ecm will remember how you drive.. and thats what the mechanic is telling you. Sometimes if you do alot of highway driving and you have the pedel in the same place all the time you can actually wear a spot on the tb sensor which will require you changing the sensor. Use to happen alot in the old days when cruise control wasnt a option/feature.

ecm reset only takes a few min 's . unhook the neg on the battery and turn your lights on till all power is drained . thats how to re-set the pcm . and IMO your issue is a clogged up /dirty TB . clean that and them replace your EGR .
