Default adjusting the lifters

Hi together!

i have the "tick" in one of my lifters too
now i want to ask, if it is possible to adjust the lifters? In some german engine you can do this, but i dont know if there is a way to do the same on my Hemi...

thanks a lot for your answers!

greetings

The lifters are hydraulic. No adjustments, I believe. Are you talking about the "Hemi tick"?

Yes, the tick is very common. I wouldn't worry too much about it other than the fact it can be annoying. My tick started at 400 miles. i was pissed. It got a little louder around 3kmi but now at 8k it hasn't changed at all and has been the same. It's loud and annoying IMO, but nothing I can do other than pour money into an engine that may do it afterwards as well.
It's something Chrysler has known about but has not done anything about.

My C at 48K does it more than my Ram at 104K. 'Course the Magnaflows may drown it out some

You might also check your exhaust manifold studs. They sometimes break causing an exhaust leak that sounds like a lifter ticking.
