Question heeeelp

i bought a 2002 dodge ram 1500 5.9 about a month ago ran like a beast. then radiator busted so i replaced it, in doing so also replaced the thermostat and duralast battery. i started it and a **** load of white smoke started to blow from the exhaust. could somthing maybe loose? i need help because now i have no mode of transportation. blown head gasket? thermostat leak?

Head gasket would be my first guess.

Lots of white smoke out the exhaust = water in the combution chamber.
Cracked heads/head gaskets unfortunately?
Is your coolant reservoir level dropping? Check for a white emulsion in your engine oil as well.
If you can't see any of that, there's a test kit you can buy to test your coolant for emissions in it. If there are, it's one of the two things mentioned.

did it get hot before you started replacing parts?

Yep, if you are lucky you only blew a head gasket. Almost certainly the heads will need to be pulled/pressure tested. Hopefully its not a cracked head.
