if you check my profile i have picks of them on my truck, low noise, great in mud and snow......and pretty good in sand when i surf fish. i love em. i had 3 flats and a right rear blow at 50 on a back road. i hated those suck years.......got em from discount tire direct cheap shipping mine were here in 4 days and free chrome vavle stems yay

I was going to make that suggestion in my post as well, AF. I personally think the Nittos are just a bit better for most conditions, especially if a little off road use comes into play. But the reason I didn't is because of his budgetary concerns. Around here at least, the LTZ's run a good 30-40% cheaper in 20".

The Nitto's are comparable to most no-name A/Ts in price when you look at the 17" size (hell I only paid $121.50 each for my Terra Grapplers in 265/65 r17s on the Jeep last year), but for some reason they get crazy high when you start looking at 20" tires...

oh yeah i was merely throwing out the suggestion so that he could compare the two and pick which he liked better. Its always easier to make an informed decision when you've got more than one choice. You're absolutely right though, Hammer... the LTZs are a bit cheaper especially in 20's.

You have 4 flats with the LTZs?

I am all but certain I am going to go with the 4 LTZs

Im pretty sure he was talking about his goodyears he had all the problems with. It was a bit of a confusing post though
