I's stay out of the lake type puddles for one. Keep the water level below your plastic trim on your front bumper, so no higher than the chrome.(installing stock intake is a good idea)
As far as spraying underneath with something....That mud will get EVERYWHERE so i wouldn't waste your time or money on anything. I would reccomend buying a sprinkler (either one of those spinning tri's or a half-round type) basically anything that will shoot directly up AND at an angle to clean out the underside when you are all done.

I'd imagine your going with a group of people...I'd bring a towrope incase you get stuck. Just remember....dont look like you got any hooks on the front so make sure you dont put yourself into any predicaments that require you to be pulled from the front!

Ohh, and have fun!

Have a good time and be smart about your run's. Pick a good run first. Some of those guys if it's like down here will go in with 44's first and rut the hell outta stuff makin' it hard for trucks your size. I'd probably put the factory intake back on for the comp. too. Also, I'd just keep a close eye on the wheel adapters throughout the comp.

If you like it and you're wanting to do it quite a bit, I would think a winch would be an excellent investment and maybe some better lockers. Good luck man!!!!!

IMO, if this is your daily driver don't do it. Buy a vehicle that you have specifically built for playing in the mud and have a ball. This is like entering a demolition derby and expecting to drive it home after the race. Have you fixed your transmition problem? What was causing the squealing shifts?
