Its a high-lift in Frogs basket. Like many of us, a regular jack at full extension wont even fully lift the suspension to get the wheels off the ground. they're also used offroading for a variety of things.

Yeah I need to get one of those for my various trips off road, but I keep investing money into the truck... lol.
