Default HP Gain on a 5.9L

I have a 02, 4x4, 5.9L that is pretty slow. I am thinking to do the following mods:
Flowmasters 50 series, performance chip stage II and a K&N air filter.
Could you tell me how much horse and torque I will gain?
Thanks in advance

The chip sucks--- go with a programmer. Change out to a 180 thermostat. 3923 Plugs. FIPK for air intake shift kit and MSD IGNITION if possible.

I have a 02/5.9L.

I put on an Aero-turbine exhaust with the matching resonator.

I dynoed 207 RWHP and 270 RWTQ. Yes - about 50HP shy of the Hemi's - torque is pretty close.

I know the 360 has much more torque at towing RPMS - so that's why I just bought it out at lease expiry.

It needs a SC tuner real bad - but I bought the extended warranty to 7years/100,000 miles - (I'm at about 45,00 miles now).

Don't want to risk voiding my warranty at this time.

Thanks,
It seems the "Superchips" is going to be the way to go. I am still looking on the best exhaust system. I liked the "Aero" sound, but my previous truck had the flowmaster and I loved the "rumble"!!! This time, I am looking for torque and gas mileage, so the sound will not be a priority.
Perhaps some other advices...?

I picked up 1-2 MPG on the highway after the swap.

I can assure you - the sound is second to none.

I have not heard another vehicle (so far) that sounds as mean as my truck. You can also install the resonator before the muffler (quieter in the cab - louder outside). After the muffler - quieter outside - a bit louder in the cab.

I had to get a 185 point inspection for the extended warranty - the tech burnt a 1/16th of a tank "making sure it was solid". He had a smile on his face...

I also noticed more get up and go towing my 6,000 lb 5th.

you mean 150? HEMIs are 345 HP, i think 300 something torque.

Magnethead, while the Hemi's are rated at 345 at the flywheel, they only put down around 275HP to the rear wheels due to the slushbox and everything else. About a 20% loss which is the norm for an auto.

they have that much power loss? i thought it was closer to 7 or 10%. I guess we can blame the torque convertor to an extent?

hell 20% isn't that much. When the '99 Cobra came out and claimed 320hp all the owners were calling foul while getting their asses handed to them by crapmaro owners. The SVT team found that the engine, through parasitic, emissions controls, and drivetrain, was losing around 90hp by the time it got to the rear wheels. Automatics are always gonna suck power compared to standard transmissions but all drivetrains suck power. It's just part of the equation when having to turn all that steel, one good way to combat this is to get an aluminium driveshaft. Underdrive pulleys are a good idea too if you aren't running a winch, high powered stereo, or live in an extremey hot environment where cooling is a major issue.

hey there, first time posting here! I am in the same boat, (or should I say truck) I have the 02 5.9 4x4, and I am in serious need of suggestions on how to increase my HP, specifically 0-60, I am also looking into a lift kit, maybe 4"-5". I hope I can find some help here! Thanks
