Default Check engine - P1776 - Manufacturer control transmission??? Please help

I have a 2002 Dodge ram (2003+ style) Check engine light came on for a few days then went off. Scanned it to see if it saved it and it did. Its the 4.7 v8 with only 69k miles, 4x4.

P1776 manufacturer control transmission.

Any advice would be appreciated. Transmission problems are never cheap Im hoping im not screwed with such low miles?

A few other guys threw some trans codes and it ended up being the crankshaft sensor. not sure if they had the same codes, but I's check into it.

Replace the valve body, it will come with solenoid pack already bolted to the valve body. And replace the filters too.

When was the last time you had your trans serviced? I think that be my next step, take it down for a service or drop the pan yourself in your driveway and make sure you fill it up but not over fill it as that can cause issues.
