mine is functional and ive never had any problems with water, the hoods have built in water channels .. i can spray carwash nozzle at the ram air opening on my hood any no water will get to the intake...

What company made the Hood? I know that APM has the ram air boxes to match up to thier Ram air hoods. When an untrained eye, that looks like the same hood that I have been looking at on APM's site. What is it made out of? Fiberglass, Steel, or Plastic?

 

idk if raider jay is still on here or not but he had the same hood and he had a filter that mounted to the top the engine and worked with the hood

 

volant makes a ram air kit. its pricey though.
