Default wife says exhaust in truck to loud

I have a 06 Larime QC Hemi and put a dynaflow 18" single in, dual out exhaust on it. Now wife complaining its to loud in the cab what can I do to make it quiter in the cab other than not let wife ride or wear ear plugs in the truck. Can I get some kind of sound deadener for the cab.I have the duals strait out the back about 2"s past the bumper. I have a bed liner, bed mat annd cover on bed

Divorce. Hell, that'll make the house quieter also.

Maybe putting in some dynamat throughout the cab would work but you'd have to use a lot of it and put it everywhere (Doors, carpet, etc.).

Get a new wife!! JK, LOL. They do make a sound deadener material that can be installed under the carpet. But I'm not sure how much it will help with exhaust drone.

EDIT: Nothin' but trucks beat me to it...haha

you're pretty much screwed if the exhaust is too loud. most economical/easiest solution is honestly another exhaust. even going to a larger/longer muffler will quiet it down.

you can get a exhaust silencer or drive with the electric cutouts closed. you can also get insulation for your panels. dynomat, hushmats will help reduce outside noise.

Have a resonator installed before the muffler. My truck had two resonators when I got my magnaflow installed. Had one cut off and left the other on. It's not too loud or too quiet.

Go to an audio store, have them take out your seats, take off door panels, the whole nine yards, and have everything dynomatted atleast one layer maybe two and possibly 3 on the floor. That should help but the cheapest method would be to get a new exhaust.
