Default Mod plans take a hit..sort of..long post

First I am by no means well off and have worked hard since I was 16.
So it will be official next week, retiring after 25 years in the Army (but I'm not that old) so with that I got a new job starting the very next day, so thats good for me. but whats this got to do with 3rd Gen Ram Mods, well with retirement comes a good pension and severence pay which I have to invest most of not to take a tax hit, So sat down with my Wife and we decided to take a small chunk of that to reward and get some things we need and the garage project is on hold.

What are my wants...well more mods for my Ram of course, so when the big cheque comes I have approval for an RCD 6" lift kit, DTT, Gears, TQ, TB, SRT-10 Hood, 35's and whatever other ancilleries I can sneak in as we go. Of course gotta get something for the Wife too (she drives a PT).

So hears the kicker, my retirement gift. I always wanted a Rolex but am not a diver and do not venture past the high water mark and can never justify 8 g's for a watch. So we went to the mall tonight and put a deposit down on a Bulova GTS Accutron. It's nice but all I could think of is the mods takin a hit and I must have rocks in my head cause someones gotta pay for this.

So this is a long post but just wanna say in about 10-12 weeks I should be able to start tha next phase in my truck transformation and with that will be able to have something cool to talk about, show some pics, feedback, learn more etc.

Finally has anyone ever painted a 3rd gen Grabber green w/ flatblack?

Sounds like you are one lucky man lol, I wish I had that kind of problem. And the green and flat black sounds pretty sweet.
