I have a 2005 Ram with a 4.7, what are some cheap mods that i can do to the motor to gain some horse power?

 

Cheap mods are hard to come by, but there is the power wire and CAI for two. Good luck

Horsepower is not cheap man. Do the big 3 Intake, Exhaust and Tuner. The combination of all three could range you between 5 hundy and a g because there are many different options your could choose in your selection on intakes, exhaust systems and programmers.

 

The question is, what do you consider cheap?

 

hemi guy means 500 bucks to 1000 bucks, not horsepower gains.

Ford Taurus electric fan. There is a few threads on this. you can get them for around 30 bucks at junk yards. I have been wanting to do the efan on my 4.7 but just haven't found one yet.

 

Best ratio of horsepower to the dollar = SPRAY

 

Now a tuner u mean a chip right?
