That sounds like a pretty decent price.

For those with ceramic coating did you sand it off where you welded it?

I have 2000' coated lts. Just waiting on my y pipe and header bolts.

I didn't weld mine, I used the slip connections on the pacesetter Y. Be to much of a PIA if I ever wanted to redo anything to actually weld them on

Didnt sand mine either but right after the welds cooled down I sprayed all welds with high temp paint a times.

Not to sure what you are asking? What are you planning on doing for the Y pipe? Are you going to keep the magna flow Y or ditch it for the pacesetter Y instead? Either way you go you are going to need to weld something to the cats whether its a 3" inlet x 2.5" fitting to keep everything stock or if its splicing into the pacesetter Y and opening the cats up to 3" in/out in order to keep the stock cats. If you went with the magnaflow highflows everything would just slide together and clamp down.

If you look at the images I posted earlier, the only thing I did not weld was the Y pipe to the header collector. I will be pulling the heads and doing some other things later on down the road with this truck and keeping them clamped is a good thing for me as the setup ccan be easily removed should I want to change something. Now if you if you are pretty much set on how you want to do things and this is the way yurs is going to be and you dont plan on changing anything down the line then go a head and weld everything up to the collector.

Check Checkers/Autozone/NAPA/Pepboys They all should carry the fitting in their exhaust section. Jus cbe sure theat you get one with a 3" inlet diameter not a 3" outer diameter or it wont work. I have 2 of them sitting at home right now just in case
