Default Noob Questions about leveling a 2wd....???

Alright Im new to the Dodge world I got rid of my GMC Sonoma to upgrade, but now I have a 2002 Ram 1500 Hemi 2wd std cab short bed, first thing I want to do is level it, I have been using the search bar as recommended for noobs but Im finding diff answers...sooo my first questions are:
1. How much lift in the front? 2.5" or 3"?
2. Are 2wd leveling kits diff from 4wd drive kits?
3. Torsion Keys or Spacers?

1) It takes about 2.25"-2.5" to level a 1500, so the 2.5" kit would be enough.

2) 4x2s utilize a coil over system and '02-'05 1500s utilize a torsion bar system so,

3) you would use coil spacers (or spindles)...

NOOOO... I was in the same boat you are in a few years back. Bought the spacer and had my mechanic put it in... it did jack ****. I think your best bet is to look into drop shackles which should drop the bed down 2" instead of the front up.

it 2wd drop the rear for a level cheaper and will look better...unless your buying an aggressive tire to look like you have a 4x4 rig....

i think it would look like it has small tires then...its real easy to install 2" drop shackles prolly 45 minutes at that....itll still be a functional truck the payload will still be the same...
