Long post but perhaps some info opinion that might help the OP wrt Headers / SC / Gears and other performance parts purchase. I guess it depends on what part of La Belle Province you Live in? I bought my SC directly from the SC source, sent them an email and in the end with shipping I saved $100 bucks as these things are $500 up here at an authorized dealer for an Item listed at $379 US.
As for headers, and towing I agree with what has been said on here especially if you want to remain emmisions freindly (it was a 5K fine in 99 when I lived in Quebec City if you removed your cat and garages where not even alowed to work on your car). There are plenty of good sources and brands for that. Eg: Flowtech (formerly Hooker/division of Holley) is what I got. $400-$500 bucks give or take depending on ceramic or not, just an example as I have an 03 which is different than yours. It comes with y-pipe that fits directly at the front of the Cat with upstream 02 Bung. Do some research and reading and once you have your eligeable Part numbers and noted US price then go visit your local speed shop or even Canadian Tire (they have a huge performance catalog for $10) and they will locate the part and give you a price. Alot of the time its cheaper than freighting it from the good ol USA and paying Duty. There are also some outfits that have Canadian Warehouses and you Pay US with only a one time $15 handling fees, no freight, plus GST (and in your case add TVQ).

There is a Big Speed and Performance dealer ??? that is making a name for themselves out of New Brunswick up in the Tracadie (Miramishi Area) that do 1-2 day cheap Maritimes and Quebec shipment by Road so check those guys out as they have everything and from what I've heard reasonable prices but unfortunately don't scater to us Prairie folk West of Kenora.

Hey thank's, really take a prarie guy to tell me that i can have good price 4 hours from home. I live just on north shore of the Bay. lol.
I'll try to find the name of that place. I've been searching for a whole week for canadian sites. But i got also JCWhitney with good pricing and duty-tax-delivery included. Might help you to. I'll give you some news on that.

They are LTs. The "magic" of the tri-y is the way they increase scavenging (and power). The problem with headers is that dodge keeps f'n around with the motor mounts every year. That's why no two years share the same headers.

It's the coating.

And you don't want them uncoated.
