Very bizarre idle problem - Please Help

Thanks for info. Truck goes in to shop tomorrow, hopefully back to me by Friday and will keep you posted. Someone said it could be EGR but someone else said that the 03's don't have an EGR. What gives? I know there is no IAC. ANyway, this morn. acted up while in drive - only a minute or so into my drive - just left my home, it started to hesitate like it wanted to quite, but then kicked right back in. Will keep you posted on the outcome.

BUt to help the problem i would start the same way the dealer would.... replace the part that is telling you is a problem.... 02 sensor first then if that didnt work id move on from there
