How in the world are you gonna lock two separate CV axles?

the only IFS locker for GM trucks that i seen is for the 9.25" in the 2500/3500s

you can lock together 2 CV axles the diff is *******ly the same.. just different outputs
and i dont think nobody makes a no slip locker for dodge IFS according to

well if you find one, let me know, cause I'll buy it... can't see how one could possibly work in an IFS front end and have never heard of one for ANY IFS truck, but if I'm wrong, I WANT ONE!!!

Good find! Very interesting article.

I also find it very interesting that NOBODY makes anything for a Dodge 1/2 ton or a GM half ton. The closest design to our front ends are the GMs. Both incorporated torsion bars and then went to coil overs about the same time.

Interestingly, in all the years I've hunted/fished/etc. off road and been a member in fish/game clubs, I've ONLY seen Dodge and GM's break CV axles off-road. Most often cause guys are running 37" or larger tires, but not always. Even though I have personally known more Ford owners in the couple of clubs I've been in, I've never personally seen a Ford front end go out and they CAN get a locker for the front!

Makes you just wanna say "HMMMMM"....

Thats very true.. i havent see the dodge's blow a front. But last time me and my buddy when out. He's got a GM sierra and tried to do a hill climb that i went up- and he blew the **** out of the right side cv joint on the axle housing side..... and then argued with us that he didnt need the axle in to keep the hub together ( he unbolted it to drive out of the trails... well heres a couple pics of what happen- and when your ego is so big you dont listen to your buddies... BTW-We're still riding him about it!
