That’s thread shows him replacing the relays. Your problem is most likely corrosion on the board. You will know when you take it apart if you see corrosion on it, then your relays are not the problem. If you don’t want to take it apart you can add a new relay to your head lights and have your parking lights come on with the headlights only. But hey will not work as parking lights only after.

I mainly just wanted to know how to get the board out to repair the trace. Is there an easier way?

Or just get ripped off and pay $400 plus for a new one.

I am in need of a new Power Distribution Center and I am unable to find one to match my part #. Any suggestions? My part# is P05026034AA.

I hit car-parts.com and got both the PDC and the ECM attached to it. I sold the ECM for double what I paid for the whole thing.
