Default sun visor clips removal new dodge owner!

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 and I read other post on how to remove them. others say that you have to pull down the back part to release the tension but after that i don't know what to do! any help is appreciated thanks seth

My Truck is at the Body-Shop tonight but I think its basic philips screws, nothing complicated, holding the visor/mounts and the one side of the visor, opposite of the pivot side, should pull right out, so then its half off right there!
