Is it true??
My ram 07 Ram 1500 Quad Cab is completely stock and I want to put new 35's on my stock rims. Im in the process having the truck leveled with a 2.5 kit and want to lift the truck 2-3 inches more to keep from rubbing and not looking so stuffed. The dealer that's selling me the everything tells me its impossible to raise the truck anymore without spending 3-5 thousand dollars. Im new to the aftermarket world and need to know if this is true. By the way, hello to all you Dodgeforum members! Thank you

I think I'd be looking at other dealers. A level kit with 3" body lift is a solid combination for about 5" of total lift which is PLENTY for articulation of 35" tires. Cost should be about $100 for the level and $350 for the body lift. If you can't do the install yourself, about $500-600 would be about average for the install before alignment...

Well, I guess it depends on how you look at it. When I lifted my 98 Dodge Ram, the total cost was around $2500 and I went cheap. However, that included the lift kit, 4 tires, 4 rims, adjusting the speedometer, and install. The lift kit, by itself, is cheap -- around $300 - $400, as others have said.
