I will get him to show it off soon enough. Maybe a dyno run will be in order.

That is cool for sure. How hard was the swap over in all? What were the difficult parts?

The easy parts were the general install. The wiring and understanding signals that it needed were the brain beaters. The driveline was shortened 2 or 3 inches (can't remember now) sleeved the front and installed it directly to the 48RE. 4" exhaust is a little tight, but cleared without beating anything around. Intercooler tubing is one piece on each side (Ben's creation) that cleaned up the install greatly. Hated to show off under the hood before getting the paint applied and choice items polished but oh well. A/C lines were a little tricky but they appear to be made by Dodge for the truck once we were done. Thanks for all of the compliments!

Def some good work done there! Nice job.
Did you use the stock 9.25" rear end?
How about the front suspension, did you make any changes to accomodate the extra weight?

Yes, stock 9.25, the front end was treated to a set of stock 2500 2wd springs, 2" shackle drop on the rear.
