Default hub change now ABS problems

I just changed my hub yesterday, driver side. Now I get a problem when I stop/brake. When I brake the ABS start to engage. It is not every time but spessialy when turning left at the same time. The pedal "hammer's" all the way to fully stop.
Is it not suposed to dis-engage ABS when going lower than "walking" speed?

I used parts (new hub) from national wheel end components, Part #515073.
I innstaled with the torque. halfshaft nut and tighten to 251
N·m

is there any reset on the ABS controller? or can teh new hub have a fail in the ABS sensor?

Did the new hub come with a new sensor or did you put the old one on it? Check the plug connection also and make sure it is dry and secure

the new hub was with a new sensor!

if the sensor is broken there normaly be a code for that, or maybe not?

I will check the sensor when I get home from work! I did check the old sensor and it was ok! so I can use that one if it's broken.

do this happen, that the new sensor is bad?

Make sure there isn't dirt or corrosion inside the pigtail. Pull it off and even squirt some dielectric grease in there.

no corrosion on the connector. (lamp in dashboard will light up if there is a bad connection)
measure 1k Ohm on both new and old sensor, so probably not bad.
did measure clearance and this is about 0.2 millimeter.

maybe it is a signal difference between the old hub (right side) and new (left side) that can cause this?

It's possible that the sensor itself has a crack in it. i would pull the pcm fuse and see if that doesn't fix the problem. otherwise, i would take it back off and get it swapped out for defect. if the new one does it, well then there must be an issue within the programmin of the brake module.

I know it's a long shot but......have you tried doing a cold reset of the PCM?
Just take off the positive connector on the truck battery and ground it for ten or so minutes.
That will drain any residual current left in any electronic systems in the truck.
Then, reconect the battery and start up the truck.
It will probably run dog rough for a few minutes as the PCM learns the fuel trims etc. Just don't rev it, as it will probably stumble and cut out.
Then see if your brake issue is still there.
Can't hurt and it might be a cheap fix?
Al.

have tried to disconnect the battery, over night. Didn't help!

can this be the programming off the ABS module.. what programming is it there?
I try now to order two new hub's and see what happens when change the new one with a "newer" one. if so the seller off this hub is going to have issue..

the failure is actually periodic! sometimes this work just fine and sometimes the pedal vibrate all the way to fully stop..
I did not believe the ABS was active when having this low speed.

I was thinking that pulling fuse 35 "ABS module" would disengage ABS, but discovered that I lost speedo also. probably not good!
