Battery Life?
The area I'm in which is desert, In most make and models 4 to 5 years is what we see in life from the O.E. battery. Not bad when you think about it but it's in 100+ degree weather and then below 20 in the winter.
Good luck man. I have an 06 as well and have actually been considering replacing it at my 30k mile service. Since I've already done my diff and trans. The money has got to go somewhere right? haha.
yeah, just hard to do mods with a lame hnd. Broke my finger as well....bummeri did it yesterday, so the pain is there, no matter what. it's a hair line fracture. So i guess i'm kinda lucky.lol
Prolly just the battery. I've had them go in as little as three years in new trucks I've bought. Had a Dodge Raider I bought new in '89 that needed a new battery in the winter of '92 whilst living in upstate NY.
Now my '02 Jeep and '04 truck are BOTH still going fine on the original batteries, but I carry jump boxes in both vehicles just in case...

Well I'm stumped, Battery is fully charged at least thats what the charger says. Now it is doing the same shlt.tach and speedo, with all the lights flickering.I gotta get the battery tested to be sure. Ialso tried to start the truck using the jump start feature on the charger.Still nothing. WTF!!!
