to clarify, i got all those tires for 300 dollars, thats why i wanted to make them fit, i got rims for them, and then mounted n balanced them, ran me about 800-900 in all. But they will line up on the lugs just not screw on, gonna check with my mechanic he says he can make them fit, maybe a 1.5 inch spacer will give it the clearance it needs cuz it slides over the tip of the lug bolts but then stops and they are 1.5 inches long.

I'm giving up with trying to do any kind of reasoning here. Your mechanic see's $$$$ that's all. And I'll bet you have a Tail Light Warranty with his work too.

Using spacers over them at that length is just outright dangerous! If your mechanic is willing to "make them fit" then make him sign a waiver taking responsibility for liability and see how fast he changes his mind.

Sell or trade them for 17s and absorb the loss...

Lol, man why so small? What gen is you dodge? I will tell you a good set of rims to throw on it, if your wanting big meat tires aswell. Get the XD775 Series in Chrome, man those rims look great on any dodge, no matter what gen. I own a 1996 Dodge 1500 Laramie SLT 4x2, and im going to slap a set on them next summer.

This.

$100 bucks says he won't sign. Putting spacers on a 6k pound truck is retarded to begin with and you're wanting 1.5"-2"? That wouldn't clear anyway.

THE 15's AIN'T FITTIN!! Anybody that says they will make em fit is just trying to stick it deeper in you than you already got it planted. When I first got my 05 I had a set of rims and tires from my old 84 Ramcharger I was trying to get to fit....NO GO. Not only was the rim dia too small but the Lug holes were even too small. It ain't happnin man.

did the wheel spacers work
