Default Cylinder Heads off... doesn't look good (pics)

Pulled off the cylinder heads of my Hemi which threw a rod and this is what I see. Two cylinders have orange foamy crap in them and the rest have sludge(almost like mud).
What would cause this? Should I scrap this motor or what can I check to make sure it's still good to rebuild?

it kinda looks like a rust substance. Did you ever go through high water or anything before your motor went out?

idk if i would rebuild that.

couldnt see the first pic.
Sludge could be from unburned fuel/carbon.
Orange substance...Have you used any fuel aditives/Octane boosters? Lucas Octane Booster for ex. has a chemical that turns your plugs and cylinders orange for a while until it wears away or gets burned away. I believe it's MMR?
Unless the combustion chambers are majorly scored, heads are rebuildable, but the block may be a diff story depending how bad the walls are scuffed??

I used octane booster a few months ago for a few tanks, that may be the colour. But yes, there was water going into the intake when the connecting rod went. However, the motor definately did not hydrolock there is little to no liquid in the cylinders
This motor has also sat for nearly 2 months as I've been looking to replace it, but I'm having trouble finding a good motor for a decent price

Couldn't a cracked head allow orange anti freeze into the cylinder?

Well the coolant in it now is red, and the motor was never shooting white smoke, so I'd say it shouldn't be coolant

Looking at it again and thinking, if it was octane booster wouldn't it be in all cylinders?

In the 2nd pic there is orange in all the cylinders, just less where there is excess carbon build-up.
Is the other side not the same?

Only 2 cylinders have a lot of orange in them, the other 6 just have regular carbon and some sludge
