Cold Air Intake ?

If that thing is $25 shipped then the filter has got to be a POS and I'd not trust it in my vehicle. Pyro bought one online for cheap and I was making him one a short time later when his broke from the vibrations of driving, the materials used were so thin and weak.
Those of us who make 'em spend about $15 in PVC, coupler and brackets and about $35 on a good quality filter alone. If you don't want to make one, at least buy a decent one. Dirt and debris does a LOT of damage to an engine!!!

Good decision on making one...though, can you get me a link to these cheapies?
I wonder how thick they are and wrapping them in exhaust wrap might help them, if you already have one.
Found good and bad reviews and people calling it a HAI...
“From my experience, i would stay away from Bomz. I bought one for my 06 scion tc. It sounded good, had that deep growl, but it hurt performance big time. Car bogged down when you got on it hard.”
