its tight changing the back 4 plugs on the hemi. you just need to have a good assortment of extensions and such for your ratchet. Its gonna take a little while to change them all, but you get it. It takes most people about 2 hours or so the first time on the hemi. what also worked good for me on the back ones was having a 8 in long piece of fuel line hose ( i put a picture of it below ) or something of that nature. once I got the spark plug loose then id put the fuel hose on the spark plug and twist it out. it would bend and curve around all the parts in the way. maybe it will help out. worked for me tho

if you want to skip the 50,000 mile plug change, you ok to run platt plugs ( yes every one jumps up and down saying use copper plugs, may be dodges hipe to get you into the dealer ) the 6.1 hemi rolling of the line has platt plugs.
Using a platt plug, all 16 off them, well cost, but your extending your sparky change intervile, so over time, you get your money back, in my hemmi copper plugs don't last more than a year.
Remove the air box, hemi hat, spark plug socket with a swivel head, extensions, really do help, on my last spark change, I went with copper champions ( only because I all ready had them )
With mds, and 2 plugs per cylinder, some say platt plus run hot and will miss fire, well its the coli setting the spark, not the spark plugs.

Copper core plugs have a hotter spark. Copper is a better conductor of electricity than platinum is. Save your money and use either the OEM Champion plugs or some good copper core NGK V-Power plugs like I did. I got mine from www.moesperformance.com for a good price.
Yes it will run on platinums, but better on copper.

Coppers! Platinum plugs are ok, I have heard all the things about "don't run platinums or it'll degrade performance", I've not seen it, but if you think the gap won't be off after 30k or so anyway, you'll be in for a bad surprise.
If you are gonna have to go through the hell of pulling them to regap, might just as well use fresh coppers every 30k anyway, IMO...
